Interior Designer with Sales Focus (Furniture & Decoration)

Role Overview

We seek a motivated and business-savvy Interior Designer skilled in both design and sales to enhance our team. This role demands the ability to transform client requirements into aesthetically pleasing interior solutions, while driving the sales process from initial consultation through to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and comprehend client expectations to deliver personalized interior design concepts.
• Serve as a sales advisor by assisting clients with selections of furniture, materials, and finishes.
• Develop visual design proposals including 2D/3D presentations, mood boards, and material samples as needed.
• Generate and manage sales quotations, pursue leads, and finalize contracts.
• Liaise effectively with design, manufacturing, and logistics teams for seamless project execution.
• Remain current with industry design trends and product updates to enhance client service.
• Achieve monthly sales objectives and provide progress feedback to leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Possess 2 to 3 years of interior design experience complemented by successful sales records.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of 3D Max or similar rendering tools is advantageous.
• Energetic and driven with a focus on achieving results.

Working Hours

• Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Shift 2: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
