Job description
About ROOMHERO
ROOMHERO develops contemporary furnishing and workplace concepts with a focus on modern work environments. The company creates office spaces where people feel comfortable and prefer coming in over working from home, combining digital efficiency with strong creative execution. Projects are delivered for startups, mid-sized businesses, and well-known corporate clients.
Your mission
The planning team is the core of ROOMHERO’s full-service offering. In this role, you will turn empty spaces into practical workplace environments and support clients from the first needs assessment through to final implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end New Work concepts, including activity-based working, open spaces, and focus areas.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D layouts as well as realistic visual renderings using pCon.planner.
- Present design proposals confidently and advise clients on workplace regulations, New Work principles, ergonomics, acoustics, and aesthetics.
- Work closely with sales and project management to ensure your concepts can be implemented effectively.
Qualifications
- A degree in interior architecture or a comparable background in object furnishing or project execution for commercial interiors.
- Strong command of pCon.planner, including pCon.basket, along with a sharp eye for planning-related details.
- Genuine enthusiasm for New Work and an understanding of modern working methods and environments, as well as how to create well-designed meeting spaces based on real needs.
- Willingness to work primarily on-site at the Frankfurt am Main headquarters, where cross-functional teamwork is the standard; home office is possible by arrangement.
- Fluency in German and good proficiency in English.
Benefits
- A central, modern workplace in Frankfurt am Main with ergonomic equipment and a setup designed to support creative work.
- Powerful workstations suitable for demanding renderings, plus up-to-date software licenses.
- Support for professional growth through pCon certifications, training sessions, continuing education, workshops, and trade fair visits such as Orgatec.
- Job ticket support, plus complimentary hot and cold drinks in the office.
- Regular team events, after-work drinks, and an open feedback culture in a growing future-oriented market.
- Permanent employment and exclusive employee discounts on the full furnishings portfolio.
Additional information
This is a permanent on-site position based in Frankfurt am Main, with home office possible by prior agreement. The role is part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment. The employer emphasizes a modern workspace, strong creative standards, and continuous development. No vacancy count, salary, or start date was specified.
