About the Role

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Intelligent Automation Architect to craft, oversee, and continuously enhance enterprise automation solutions. These initiatives aim to boost efficiency, minimize manual tasks, and generate consistent business value. This role collaborates closely with sales, presales, delivery teams, and client representatives to pinpoint automation opportunities, architect solutions, and steer technical decisions across diverse technologies. Additionally, the position supports the creation, governance, and upkeep of AI-powered assets embedded in service delivery platforms, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with client and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to reuse, modify, or expand current automation solutions to address client requirements.
• Architect tailored automation solutions conforming to established blueprints, reference models, and business cases.
• Lead in-depth technical discussions, workshops, and solution presentations with clients to secure consensus and approvals.
• Create and maintain comprehensive target-state automation architecture documentation that ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally viable.
• Manage the automation use case backlog and library, leveraging data analysis, operational insights, runbooks, and existing automations to prioritize efforts.
• Assess and recommend automation techniques spanning RPA, Ansible, scripting, orchestration, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Develop and govern AI-driven assets within service delivery platforms, ensuring proper integration and alignment with operational workflows.
• Identify successful custom solutions from field deployments, standardize them into reusable patterns or assets, and promote their adoption across clients and teams.
• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to automation engineers and testers, ensuring high-quality delivery and fostering skill growth.
• Work closely with engineering, platform, and service teams to align automation initiatives with enterprise standards and capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership through solution design, estimation, and transitioning from presales to delivery phases.
• Champion reuse, standardization, and governance across automation workflows to minimize redundancies and accelerate value delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing solution performance, discovering optimization possibilities, and evolving architectural patterns.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise designing automation solutions for complex IT environments.
• In-depth knowledge of automation architecture principles, integration methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Practical experience with automation platforms such as RPA tools, Ansible, PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages.
• Familiarity with integrating automation within platforms like ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Understanding of AI-enabled platform functionalities, including asset development, deployment, maintenance, and governance within operational contexts.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding automation engineers and testers through design and delivery phases.
• Ability to translate operational requirements and business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent client engagement skills capable of leading technical dialogues with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing and prioritizing automation use case pipelines grounded in value, feasibility, and operational metrics.
• Strong foundation in infrastructure, cloud technologies, service management, and operational processes.
• Excellent skills for documenting architectures, solution designs, and technical standards.
• Collaborative work ethic with influence across sales, delivery, and engineering domains.
