About OSINT Combine and the Role

OSINT Combine, an Australian-founded leader in open-source intelligence (OSINT) software and training, supports national intelligence agencies, military forces, law enforcement, and private sector clients worldwide. Dedicated to building lasting OSINT capabilities and combating issues like child exploitation and human trafficking, the company is expanding rapidly. We are seeking an experienced Intelligence Advisor to join our Capability and Enablement Group (CEG) and provide expert support for our flagship SaaS platform, NexusXplore, focusing on clients in Europe and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales demonstrations and offer tradecraft guidance to support solution-driven sales efforts.
  • Promote adoption, optimize user results, and increase retention across the customer base.
  • Develop and deliver customized customer solutions including presentations, training sessions, and ongoing support.
  • Provide meaningful feedback to product development via user insights and research.
  • Conduct and present OSINT research internally and externally.
  • Represent the company at virtual and in-person exhibitions to aid sales and corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with product and developer teams to communicate customer requirements and issues.
  • Create and maintain scalable enablement resources such as guides and training materials.
  • Systematically document customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Support philanthropic missions through analyst participation.
  • Identify new trends, challenges, and opportunities in the field.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in OSINT or all-source intelligence analysis.
  • Proven success delivering results in investigative, intelligence, or operational roles within government or private sectors.
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms and intelligence software.
  • Strong analytical capacity to interpret and communicate complex data effectively.
  • Ability to remain adaptable in a rapidly evolving, growth-driven environment.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to OSINT Combine's mission of enhancing global safety.
  • Awareness of secure information handling, privacy protocols, and ethical OSINT tool usage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluent in English plus German, Polish, or Dutch.
  • Experience presenting both prepared and impromptu product demonstrations in English and possibly other languages.
  • Background in financial or cyber investigations.
  • Experience in training development and effective instructional techniques.
  • Prior use or support of NexusXplore platform.
  • Ability to translate technical features into practical benefits for non-technical audiences.
