Integration Specialist

Role Overview

This position requires an advanced expertise in airline systems with a focus on airline eCommerce. The candidate should possess expert-level understanding of offer and order management systems and processes as well as deep knowledge of Airline NDC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize expert knowledge of web services, specifically XML-based SOAP protocols related to Altea NDC or other Altea services.
• Leverage strong familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to support integration efforts.
• Conduct problem management and technical investigations, comprehending both technical and functional documentation thoroughly.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Engage effectively with business users and cross-functional technical teams for seamless integration.
• Demonstrate leadership in managing diverse partners, business users, and third-party technical teams.
• Adapt and contribute within agile development frameworks.
