Job Overview

The Integrated Command & Control Center (ICCC) & Digital Twin (DT) Product Manager will take ownership of defining, developing, and overseeing the ICCC product suite. This position aims to ensure the delivery of operationally valuable solutions for city management, public safety, and smart city initiatives. The manager will act as a key coordinator linking business leaders, system operators, and technical teams to guarantee that ICCC capabilities align with evolving operational demands, technological progress, and overarching strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science, or related discipline is mandatory.
• Additional qualifications such as an MBA or certifications in product management are beneficial.
• The candidate should possess between 8 to 12 years or more of experience in product management or digital solution roles.
• Relevant experience in domains like smart city technologies, public safety, security, or operational platforms is essential.
• Professional certifications in Agile/Scrum methodologies (e.g., CSM, SAFe) and product management provide an added advantage.

Skills and Capabilities

• Expertise in product management methods and strategic roadmap planning.
• Comprehensive understanding of smart city environments and ICCC solutions.
• Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders and vendors effectively.
• Skill in preparing business cases and driving value realization initiatives.
• Experience in monitoring performance metrics and generating reports.

Tools & Technologies

• Product development and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Data analytics and reporting platforms including Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel techniques.
• Documentation and team collaboration technologies like SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Facilitation of ideation sessions and workshops to stimulate innovation.
