About the Role

Insureveda is seeking a skilled Insurance Sales and Business Development Manager based in Mysuru, Karnataka, India. The main goal is to promote and sell various insurance products, including life, health, and medical policies, while growing the client portfolio and sustaining robust customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Market and sell life, health, and medical insurance products.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Clearly communicate product details and advantages to potential customers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and promote business expansion.
• Collaborate with team members to boost business development efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to policies and client information.
• Create and implement strategies aimed at increasing insurance sales.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants should be between 30 and 60 years of age.
• Open to all genders.
• Minimum qualification of graduation.
• Basic proficiency in English language.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.

Skills Required

Working Conditions and Salary

• Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, dependent on experience and skill level.
• Additional performance-related incentives can exceed ₹90,000.
