Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate learner feedback and expert advice for continuous course improvement.
  • Adapt content for diverse audiences, including onboarding, professional development, and certification programs.
  • Maintain comprehensive course documentation, manage improvement backlogs, and streamline content development workflows.
  • Employ modern instructional design strategies and AI-driven tools to boost content creation efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of three years in instructional design or a comparable learning design position.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop educational content on technical subjects such as software engineering, data science, or cloud computing.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital learning design methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience creating varied educational content formats, including text resources, videos, exercises, and evaluations.
  • Skill in simplifying complex topics into engaging and clear learning experiences.
  • Proficiency with current content design tools such as Figma, HeyGen, Supademo, or equivalents.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT for research and content development while applying critical review and quality control.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience designing customer education or software training programs.
  • Background in developing certification courses for cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
