Role Overview

Join a leading Fortune 100 company as a Learning Experience Designer to contribute to the creation of a Leadership Academy tailored for People Experience Leaders. This role involves translating strategic inputs, research insights, and stakeholder feedback into compelling educational journeys that equip leaders for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and organize existing instructional content, including leadership feedback, surveys, and notes.
  • Integrate various materials into a seamless, structured learning curriculum.
  • Design progressive learning paths catering to multiple developmental stages.
  • Develop clear learning objectives, detailed curriculum frameworks, and facilitator guides.
  • Create diverse educational assets such as instructor-led trainings, virtual sessions, self-driven modules, and practical job aids.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect insights and adjust materials accordingly.
  • Produce finalized, deployment-ready learning resources optimized for the organization's digital learning platform.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum three years’ experience in learning experience design, instructional design, curriculum/pedagogical development, talent management, or allied areas.
  • Proficient in crafting instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training content.
  • Strong capabilities in written communication, editing, and structuring educational materials.
  • Ability to consolidate information from varied sources and translate it into learner-centric formats.
  • Experience engaging with business teams to incorporate their feedback effectively.
  • Excellent project coordination and organizational aptitude.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and collaborative software tools.

Preferred Experience

  • Background supporting HR, People Operations, or organizational development projects.
  • Expertise in developing leadership or role-specific learning programs.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks.
  • Experience preparing educational content compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
