Role Overview

The Installation Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering and installing household appliances directly to customers' homes. This position involves hands-on work coupled with providing excellent customer service to ensure a seamless, satisfactory end-to-end experience for customers.

Working Hours

The position is Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, primarily involving travel around customers' locations to complete installations and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently delivering and installing appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and dryers.
• Demonstrating appliance operation to customers for their understanding.
• Removing older appliances and packaging materials upon request.
• Maintaining cleanliness and inventory of the assigned work vehicle.
• Assisting warehouse operations and in-store teams as needed.
• Adhering to health and safety standards to protect oneself and others.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possesses a full New Zealand driver’s license.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and manual handling involved in appliance installation.
• Communicates professionally and clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Exhibits strong time management skills with careful attention to detail.
• Maintains a positive, proactive attitude towards work.
• Previous experience in delivery or installation is advantageous but not mandatory.
