We are compiling a shortlist of experienced inspectors and quality assurance professionals for an upcoming engagement. This is a fast-moving opportunity for candidates who want to be considered for a high-visibility project working with regulators and well-known education institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out both on-site and document-based inspections for universities and training providers.
- Assess institutional performance, compliance levels, and key performance indicators.
- Spot weaknesses, risks, and any regulatory non-compliance.
- Prepare structured, evidence-backed inspection findings and recommendations.
- Support efforts to raise education quality standards at a national scale.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s qualification in Education, Quality Assurance, Higher Education, Public Policy, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in higher education quality assurance, accreditation, inspection, or regulatory work.
- Hands-on background in audits or inspections.
- Experience validating data and KPI information.
- Ability to write clear, organised reports.
- Readiness to travel throughout the UAE as needed.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Background
- Prior exposure to UAE or international regulators and accreditation bodies.
- Work experience in government, compliance, or regulatory settings.
- Relevant QA or audit certifications.
