Key Responsibilities

• Carry out both on-site and document-based inspections for universities and training providers.
• Assess institutional performance, compliance levels, and key performance indicators.
• Spot weaknesses, risks, and any regulatory non-compliance.
• Prepare structured, evidence-backed inspection findings and recommendations.
• Support efforts to raise education quality standards at a national scale.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s qualification in Education, Quality Assurance, Higher Education, Public Policy, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in higher education quality assurance, accreditation, inspection, or regulatory work.
• Hands-on background in audits or inspections.
• Experience validating data and KPI information.
• Ability to write clear, organised reports.
• Readiness to travel throughout the UAE as needed.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Background

• Prior exposure to UAE or international regulators and accreditation bodies.
• Work experience in government, compliance, or regulatory settings.
• Relevant QA or audit certifications.
