Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection operations ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual/project requirements.
• Organize and implement inspector mobilization locally and internationally.
• Liaise with both local and international counterparts and suppliers to outsource qualified inspectors.
• Assess resumes of prospective inspectors to verify their suitability for specific inspection tasks.
• Assist in the invoicing process by preparing and submitting necessary documentation such as timesheets, supporting documents, and required approvals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Three to five years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and operational management.
• Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving capabilities, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Skilled in administrative duties and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Adaptable and responsive in a fast-changing business environment.
