Job description
Overview
We are seeking dedicated, experienced, and enthusiastic professionals to join our sales division as Inside Sales Specialists. The role involves managing incoming leads by promptly and effectively responding to customer inquiries received via email and phone. The position requires maintaining updated records in the CRM system to track new inbound sales opportunities and ensuring communication with the Sales Manager to assign these opportunities to Customer Service Executives accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with existing clients through exceptional responsiveness and diligent follow-up.
- Proactively handle new sales leads and opportunities, maintaining the sales database and generating periodic reports.
- Acquire foundational understanding of product features and advantages to aid customer guidance.
- Support the development of standardized response templates and formats to ensure swift, high-quality communication with customers.
- Help maintain customer reference lists and success stories in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Manage the processing of customer purchase orders and coordinate with logistics to guarantee timely product delivery.
- Serve as the initial contact to advise customers on basic product selection based on their requirements and refer them to the assigned Customer Service Executive for further assistance.
- Follow up on pending sales inquiries originating from website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Arrange in-person meetings between prospective customers and Outside Sales Representatives as appropriate.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
