About the role
Clariness is hiring an Inside Sales Executive for its team in Berlin or the UK. This is a full-time, permanent position. In this role, you will help drive commercial growth by spotting new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and creating qualified leads for the Business Development team.
The position is well suited to someone early in their sales journey who enjoys engaging with people, is driven by targets, and wants to strengthen commercial capabilities in an international setting.
Key responsibilities
- Find and contact potential clients through both outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Create qualified sales opportunities and contribute to a strong commercial pipeline.
- Prepare and maintain account plans for assigned territories and target accounts.
- Arrange meetings and connect prospects with the Business Development team.
- Research markets and accounts to uncover new business potential.
- Keep customer and activity information up to date in the CRM.
- Work closely with Business Development and Commercial teams to support sales goals and territory expansion.
What you should bring
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a similar commercial function.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships.
- A confident, professional style when approaching prospects and clients.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good organization and the ability to handle several priorities at once.
- A proactive, self-driven, and target-focused approach.
- A background in science, healthcare, or life sciences is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
