Role Summary

This is a full-time inside sales role based in Delhi NCR / Gurgaon. The position calls for a strong communicator who can engage senior business and technology leaders, explain SCIKIQ’s solutions clearly, and create qualified opportunities for the enterprise sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, data leaders, analytics heads, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Present SCIKIQ’s offerings in data, AI, governance, and conversational analytics in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Build and pass on qualified meeting opportunities to the enterprise sales team.
  • Run follow-up outreach through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
  • Keep CRM records or tracking sheets updated with lead stages, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Identify and understand customer challenges related to data, AI readiness, governance, reporting, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversion outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong spoken English and the confidence to speak naturally, not just follow a script.
  • Comfortable engaging senior professionals in conversation.
  • Prior background in demand generation, inside sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Experience selling SaaS, IT services, software, cloud, data, AI, analytics, or other enterprise technology is preferred.
  • Good listening ability and the habit of asking relevant follow-up questions.
  • Professional, energetic, disciplined, and motivated by targets.
  • Willingness to work from Delhi NCR / Gurgaon.
  • Curiosity to learn emerging technologies, especially in AI, data, and enterprise software.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Background

  • Experience dealing with enterprise or B2B customers.
  • Familiarity with outreach on LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of terms such as AI, data, analytics, cloud, governance, CRM, ERP, and dashboards.
  • Past experience in startups, SaaS businesses, IT organisations, or consulting firms.

The ideal hire will come across as warm, confident, curious, and intelligent on calls. They should be able to build rapport, understand the customer’s situation, and generate genuine interest in the solution.
