Information Technology Specialist: Junior to Mid-level - Saudi National Only

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive IT Specialist responsible for overseeing daily technical operations and delivering user support within the organization. This position bridges helpdesk services, system administration, and management of web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and resolve IT support tickets.
• Administer user accounts including password resets and adjusting access rights.
• Provide email assistance, troubleshooting delivery and configuration issues on Microsoft 365.
• Monitor and address website security concerns across various platforms such as GoDaddy and 101domain.
• Offer support and maintenance for the Odoo ERP system, aiding users with troubleshooting and basic configurations.
• Collaborate with external vendors and hosting services for issue escalation when necessary.
• Maintain network health and connectivity within the office environment.
• Assist with hardware and software setup for both new hires and current employees.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of two years hands-on experience in IT support roles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration is essential.
• Experience working with web hosting platforms like GoDaddy and 101domain.
• Familiarity with Odoo or any ERP system is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
• Proficiency in reading and writing both Arabic and English.
