About the Role
This position is centered on keeping the company’s IT environment stable, secure, and responsive while supporting employees with day-to-day technical needs. The role covers IT infrastructure support, system uptime, hardware and software maintenance, networking, security administration, and basic ERP support and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Set up, configure, and service computers, printers, and other IT devices.
- Oversee LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
- Track system health and help reduce downtime as much as possible.
- Handle Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Manage user access, licensing, and security settings.
- Keep systems, applications, software, and security updates current.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across systems, networks, and applications.
- Provide support for ERP platforms; experience with Odoo is an advantage.
- Maintain backup routines and support disaster recovery readiness.
- Follow internal IT policies and security requirements.
- Liaise with vendors for technical assistance and IT-related purchases.
Qualifications & Experience
The role calls for 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration, along with practical exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
- Solid working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Practical experience with ERP platforms, with Odoo as a plus.
- Hands-on use of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools.
- Understanding of core networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services, especially Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and IT security controls.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
- Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach to user support.
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Well organized, with strong time management and multitasking skills.
Language Requirements
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
