About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available within the Police Information Centre for a meticulous professional to serve as an Information Quality Officer. In this role, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the precision and adherence to standards of all information disseminated to stakeholders. Your duties will encompass evaluating data integrity, conducting staff training sessions, providing guidance and performance feedback, addressing inquiries, and contributing to the enhancement of operational processes. This position is perfectly suited for an individual possessing robust analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to maintaining superior information management practices.

Core Capability Requirements

  • Analyze, assess, and provide constructive feedback to a team responsible for the accurate and timely release of information to clients, focusing on the quality of their output.
  • Ensure that all information entered and released strictly complies with relevant legislation, policies, and established procedures.
  • Prepare official correspondence, respond effectively to client inquiries, and offer appropriate advice.
  • Act as a subject matter expert representing the unit, and cultivate and sustain strong collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential training needs and deliver targeted training programs to elevate the performance of individuals and teams within the Police Information Centre.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of processes and procedures aimed at improving overall client service delivery.

Role Requirements
