Job description
About Fable England
Fable England is a British fashion accessories label known for beautifully made hand-painted jewellery, handbags, scarves and sleepwear. The brand draws inspiration from classic British literature, bringing each collection to life through storytelling, embroidery and print details. Nature-led imagery and whimsical scenes give the products a playful, timeless feel. Fable’s purpose is to spread joy and care for the world around us, with each tale and charm reflecting positivity and kindness across its accessories and lifestyle range.
Role overview
This position is ideal for someone who values brand advocacy and knows how to build meaningful relationships with influencers, user-generated content creators and loyal customers. You will help shape the foundations of Fable’s community strategy and put the brand’s customers at the heart of its growth. The role reports to the Brand Marketing Director and works closely with the Social & Content Manager, as well as the wider Product and Digital teams when required.
Influencer marketing
- Manage the influencer gifting programme from start to finish, including creator discovery, screening, outreach, product selection, warehouse coordination and follow-up.
- Create and maintain a structured influencer pipeline across micro, mid and macro tiers.
- Develop briefs, oversee paid partnerships and review campaign output.
- Keep the central influencer database accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with the paid marketing team on content that is boosted.
- Measure influencer results and share regular updates on reach, engagement and the quality of content delivered.
UGC and creator management
- Review and curate user-generated content from Yotpo, selecting material that fits the Fable brand world.
- Partner with the Brand Marketing Director to build a fresh UGC programme.
- Weave UGC into the wider content calendar so it sits naturally beside brand-led content.
- Identify existing customers who could become strong brand advocates and nurture that group.
- Work with the Social & Content Manager to use UGC effectively across all channels.
- Handle repost permissions and creator outreach while encouraging organic content sharing.
Community
- Oversee everyday community engagement across social platforms.
- Help launch and run a Fable community group, including its structure, tone of voice and content approach.
- Work with the Brand Marketing Director on community initiatives that keep customers central to the brand.
- Build feedback loops so community insights help guide product, content and campaign decisions.
What the role is and is not
- This is a relationship-focused role with room for creative input.
- You will own influencer, UGC and community programmes.
- The scope is expected to expand as the business grows.
- This is not a pure performance marketing or paid media position.
- This is not a large people-management role.
- This is not a content creation role, although occasional content involvement would be a plus.
Working arrangement
The role is hybrid, with at least one day each week in the London office.
Why join Fable England
- Work for a distinctive British brand with a strong design identity and a loyal, growing audience.
- Help build three core areas of brand advocacy from the ground up.
- Gain direct exposure to senior brand leadership.
- Benefit from flexible working arrangements.
- Enjoy strong opportunity for progression as the brand expands.
