TalentPop App is hiring a remote Influencer Partnerships Specialist to help design and run creator campaigns that support measurable growth for e-commerce brands. This role is focused on building partnerships that do more than generate visibility; the aim is to influence revenue through the right creator selection, messaging, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle influencer marketing campaigns from planning through completion.
• Find, evaluate, and onboard creators who fit brand objectives and campaign needs.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with influencers and external partners.
• Write clear campaign briefs that help creators produce strong content.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and campaign stages with limited oversight.
• Measure campaign results and use performance data to improve future work.
• Work closely with internal teams so campaign execution stays aligned with broader goals.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant has at least 1 year of practical experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing and has already worked on live campaigns. A strong grasp of what drives performance, along with the ability to communicate effectively with creators and partners, is important.

You should be comfortable working with social platforms, trends, and creator communities, and you should be able to combine creative thinking with a data-aware approach. The role also calls for a self-starter who stays organized and performs well in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Technical Requirements

• Own a personal PC or laptop that can run multiple tools and platforms smoothly.
• Have a dependable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed.
