Role Overview

The Talent Associate operates as a key component within Linqia's Talent Partnerships Team, responsible for leading and managing influencer marketing campaigns using expert insights and data-driven strategies. The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding creators to align perfectly with clients' brand voices and objectives, acting as an extension of clients' marketing teams and continuously refining strategies based on client feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and deliver ideal creators tailored to client campaign needs using Linqia's discovery tools and industry best practices.
  • Lead creator negotiation, contracting, and onboarding processes while managing budgets, timelines, and goals for client satisfaction.
  • Advocate for creators through campaign planning, ensuring content quality, authenticity, and brand safety.
  • Demonstrate expertise across social platforms and recommend suitable creator personas and strategies for campaigns.
  • Own and document efficient processes and best practices to enhance team productivity and share knowledge.
  • Support new business efforts by providing talent samples and insights aligned with campaign creative objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and promote a dynamic, innovative team environment.

Required Qualifications

  • One to three years of experience in digital marketing or account management.
  • Deep enthusiasm for social media and the creator economy, with a focus on innovation and trend awareness.
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Capability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively while communicating progress and seeking help when necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture cross-functional partnerships and achieve consensus.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and analytical communication skills, able to engage both senior stakeholders and creators professionally.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with precision and attention to deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Must be currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
