Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will plan and implement influencer campaigns to boost brand visibility, engage audiences, and stimulate user growth. This role involves identifying suitable creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, managing end-to-end creator collaborations including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content evaluation, and delivery tracking. You will assess campaign performance, analyze post-campaign results, and incorporate insights into future strategies. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies will inform your campaign planning. Collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Design teams is essential to align campaigns with business objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 3 years of influencer marketing, social media marketing, or creator partnership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of global social media platforms and influencer marketing landscapes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
- Meticulous detail orientation and driven to execute effectively within fast-paced settings.
- Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Canva or Notion is advantageous.
