Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will design and implement influencer campaigns to boost brand visibility, enhance audience engagement, and increase user acquisition. You will identify ideal creators across global social networks like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, manage collaborations end to end—including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval, and tracking delivery—and analyze campaign outcomes to refine future strategies. Keeping abreast of industry trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be vital to align campaigns with business objectives.
Requirements
- One to three years of direct experience in influencer or social media marketing, with practical skills in managing creator partnerships and campaigns.
- A deep understanding of influencer ecosystems and current trends on global social media platforms.
- Strong organizational capabilities to handle multiple campaigns concurrently in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to execution.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Canva or Notion is advantageous.
