Role Summary

We seek an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist with a strong background in paid social media to spearhead creator partnerships and optimize campaign performance across social venues. This role requires a unique blend of influencer strategy expertise and paid media skills, transforming creator-generated content into impactful paid advertisements yielding measurable outcomes. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and client brands to devise influencer strategies, steward creator relationships, and manage paid promotional efforts on platforms such as Meta and TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily campaign activities to enhance client experience.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, influencers, talent agents, and clients.
  • Contribute strategic ideas aligning with client goals.
  • Use tools like Julius and Creator IQ to curate comprehensive and current influencer lists.
  • Prepare campaign materials with minimal required revisions.
  • Review meeting agendas and progress reports.
  • Conduct competitor analyses and trend identification, sharing insights with clients.
  • Organize talent travel and accommodations as necessary.
  • Be present onsite to assist with talent production logistics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively advise adjustments based on live content and previous outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and supervision to the Coordinator role.

Candidate Profile

  • A proactive self-starter who initiates tasks and drives actions.
  • Forward-looking with multiple initiatives underway and capable of anticipating subsequent steps.
  • Highly detail-conscious ensuring all materials are flawless before client delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the creator or talent management field or demonstrated capacity to independently lead end-to-end campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with professional communication style.
  • Creative, energetic, and equipped with a good sense of humor.
  • Positive attitude combined with a strong work ethic.

Additional Information

The position requires living in the greater Tri-State area or Los Angeles area and ability to maintain a hybrid work schedule with occasional office visits.
