Role Overview

This position entails managing the complete influencer campaign cycle, fostering strong partnerships with content creators, and enhancing the performance of affiliate programs. The candidate should be meticulous, analytical, and motivated to utilize influencer-based strategies to increase traffic, sales, and brand interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with both micro and macro influencers specializing in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
• Manage negotiations for collaborations, affiliate agreements, and promotional campaigns involving influencers.
• Ensure compliance of influencers with brand standards and campaign goals.
• Design and implement affiliate-centric campaigns aimed at boosting traffic, sales, and customer acquisition.
• Monitor campaign progression and communicate performance insights consistently to relevant teams.
• Evaluate affiliate and influencer campaign data to assess success and areas for enhancement.
• Propose optimization strategies based on analytical insights.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and e-commerce departments for smooth campaign execution.
• Liaise with technical teams for affiliate platform administration and troubleshooting.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors’ affiliate initiatives, and new influencer marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Between one and four years of professional experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and relevant performance indicators.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• A data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics interpretation.
• Interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content is advantageous.
