Job description
Overview
An established manufacturing firm in Saudi Arabia specializing in plastic, paper packaging, recycled resins, corrugated packaging, and consumer products seeks experienced Industrial Product/Production Machines Operators. This role requires handling laminating/coating machinery and ensuring quality production standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate laminating and coating machines following job specifications and manufacturing standards.
- Fine-tune machine settings including speed, temperature, tension, nip pressure, and adhesive application to achieve optimal lamination quality.
- Continuously oversee lamination processes to guarantee proper bonding, curing, and product integrity.
- Efficiently prepare machines for production job changeovers to reduce downtime and material wastage.
- Maintain detailed records including production logs, downtime reports, and material consumption data.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Educational background: Diploma, ITI certification, or completion of 10th grade.
- Relevant work experience: 5 to 8 years in operating production machines.
- Proficiency in CNC programming, equipment setup, quality inspection, and maintenance is expected.
- Must be an Indian national eligible to apply for this Saudi Arabia-based position.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is competitive and negotiable, paid in Saudi Riyals (SAR), on a yearly basis.
