Job Overview
This full-time onsite role involves maintaining and servicing electrical systems in an industrial plant to ensure continuous, safe operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels with precision and professionalism.
- Organize and secure all wiring inside control boxes, labeling each wire for clarity.
- Install electrical conduits and cable trays, handling the pulling of heavy power cables for installation of new machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults such as blown fuses, faulty relays, short circuits, and problems with 24VDC sensors.
- Connect, test, and replace standard 3-phase electric motors, pumps, and variable frequency drive (VFD) controllers.
- Regularly clean electrical junction boxes to prevent fine dust accumulation and maintain tight seals to avoid short circuits.
- Provide leadership and direction to technician teams during regular operational shifts.
