Role Overview

As an AI Decision Science Manager, you will spearhead AI and analytics transformation projects, guiding organizations toward intelligent, data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics programs.
• Design and implement decision science and predictive analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities for AI application.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of seven years' experience in analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or consulting roles.
• Proven track record of executing data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement and project management.
• Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and analytical methods.

Preferred Additional Qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, AI, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud-based AI implementations.
• History of managing global delivery teams.
