Role Overview

We are seeking an Inbound Appointment Setter who will be a key contributor to the growth of our premium VIP Program. This fast-paced, high-volume sales position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for supporting women in their wellness journeys. Reporting to the Sales Leadership team, you will engage with customers who have previously purchased a low-ticket product, conduct implementation calls, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-up enrollment discussions with Enrollment Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct multiple 15-30 minute Implementation Calls daily via Zoom, typically over 12 calls per day, identifying qualified prospects for our VIP Program.
  • Deliver a welcoming and supportive first contact experience, actively listening to prospects’ fitness goals, challenges, and needs.
  • Effectively vet and qualify potential clients using established criteria, guiding appropriate individuals to enrollment conversations.
  • Manage your pipeline proactively, maintain accurate records in HubSpot, and conduct timely follow-up communications independently.
  • Complete daily and weekly sales reporting accurately and punctually, ensuring CRM and sales trackers are consistently updated.
  • Engage actively with the Sales Team through daily meetings, Slack communication, and company-wide sessions to enhance teamwork and pipeline success.
  • Maintain schedule flexibility to meet business demands, including availability during mornings, evenings, weekends, and working extended call blocks.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in appointment setting within a remote, sales-driven environment.
  • Proven success in high-volume, performance-focused sales roles with strong sales process understanding.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence to build trust quickly.
  • Highly motivated, assertive, competitive, and resilient with an ability to sustain energy across long call sessions.
  • Strong organizational aptitude with experience managing CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a robust pipeline, and adapt to feedback and evolving needs.
  • Interest or knowledge in women’s health, fitness, and nutrition is preferred.

Working Hours and Expectations

This full-time role requires about 40-50 hours per week, including flexible scheduling to cover priority sales periods like early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Expect to engage in consecutive Zoom calls and maintain focus through high-volume outreach and follow-up duties.

Compensation and Benefits
