About the role
Cotton On is looking for a newly introduced In-Store Visual Merchandiser to join a flagship store in Albany Mega Centre, Auckland. This role is focused on creating an engaging in-store presentation that strengthens the brand, supports sales, and makes the shopping experience more inspiring for customers.

What you'll do
- Set up and maintain visual merchandising standards that showcase products effectively and attract customer attention.
- Bring product stories to life through coordinated displays and outfit styling.
- Improve the customer journey by keeping sightlines clear, planning fixture flow well, and supporting strong commercial performance.
- Assist with trade campaigns, seasonal changes, visual refreshes, and in-store activations.
- Adjust visual presentation to suit local store requirements while staying aligned with brand identity.
- Work closely with Store Managers to align execution with store strategy and priorities.
- Train and support store teams on visual merchandising principles and standards.
- Use store insights and performance data to make smart product placement and visual decisions.
