In-Store Sales Promoter for IFB Home Appliances

About the Role

We seek a dynamic In-Store Sales Promoter to actively represent IFB's range of home appliances across retail outlets in Tamil Nadu. This full-time position in consumer durables retail demands enthusiasm and strong customer engagement skills to effectively promote and sell products such as washing machines, dishwashers, microwave ovens, chimneys, and other kitchen appliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of IFB home appliances by introducing and recommending products suited to customer needs.
• Welcome customers, assess their requirements, and demonstrate the features and benefits of products.
• Consistently meet assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain appealing and organized product displays, merchandising standards, and branding within the store.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with store personnel to ensure timely replenishment.
• Address customer questions by providing detailed and accurate product information.
• Foster strong relationships with retail staff and collect valuable customer feedback and market insights for management review.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and the guidelines set by the retail store.
