Job description

About Four Seasons

Four Seasons is built around its people. The company values individuals who strive to improve, aim higher, and treat others with the same respect they expect in return. Across its global teams, it creates memorable experiences for guests, residents, and partners through a culture centered on luxury and sincere hospitality. A strong employee experience is seen as the foundation for delivering exceptional service.

The brand emphasizes recognition, warm welcomes, and respectful treatment for everyone encountered, whether as a guest, colleague, resident, or visitor. Its larger purpose is to create lasting impressions by building real connections with people and places.

About the Location

The role is based at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, a seaside urban retreat in Qatar’s capital. The property has been redesigned with a modern look while keeping its local character. It includes 237 rooms, 20 unbranded townhouses and villas, ten food and beverage venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, major banqueting and outside catering operations, five pools, a private beach, a fitness center, and a spa and wellness facility with hydrotherapy features such as an ice room, colour therapy room, steam room, and hydrotherapy pool. The hotel originally opened in April 2005, underwent a major renovation in 2019, and reopened in March 2020.

Our Team

The team is described as the organization’s greatest strength and central to its success. The workplace is guided by mutual respect, collaboration, strong service standards, and enthusiasm. Employees are expected to lead by example and treat guests, clients, business partners, and colleagues with the same consideration they would like to receive themselves.
