Key Responsibilities

• Source large volumes of resumes spanning multiple roles and industries effectively.
• Handle demanding recruitment requisitions and deliver quality hires within strict deadlines.
• Close vacancies within one month regardless of their complexity level.
• Leverage all primary recruitment platforms and utilize AI-enabled sourcing tools for enhanced candidate discovery.
• Generate and present precise recruitment reports to relevant stakeholders regularly.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline while ensuring a positive hiring experience for applicants.
• Employ innovative and creative strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers and clients to thoroughly understand job requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
• Strong familiarity with various job boards, social media channels, and AI-powered talent sourcing technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously while adhering to tight scheduling constraints.
• Energetic, proactive attitude with a flair for innovation in recruitment approaches.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, either within agencies or in-house teams.
