In-house Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Lush Textiles Private Limited seeks a proactive and well-organized In-house Sales Coordinator to assist the sales and operations departments. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers.
• Monitor customer inquiries and orders, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Draft quotations and maintain comprehensive order documentation.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to facilitate order dispatch processes.
• Keep customers informed about their order and delivery statuses.
• Prepare and update daily reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Manage communication channels including WhatsApp, email, and phone calls with professionalism.
• Support daily office operations and administrative duties.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of 12th grade, diploma, or graduation in any discipline.
• Fresh candidates or those with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
