Job description
About the Company
Novel Office is part of the Novel Group, which began in 1993 in Dallas, Texas, USA and operates across multiple business areas. The company focuses on office-space solutions, including fully furnished, customizable offices available for rent. Its in-house partitioning concept allows office layouts to be changed at any time without creating material waste, which sets it apart in the office space market.
In India, the company offers serviced offices and fully furnished customizable offices for rent with no lock-in and no deposit. Its business approach includes purchasing vacant office buildings or developing Class A office space, investing in interiors, leasing the spaces to tenants, and later selling the buildings. After the sale, the company leases the property back from the buyer and continues operating its serviced office business.
