Job description
About Casa
Casa is focused on making homeownership feel meaningful and elevated, especially during the moments that happen inside the home. If that mission resonates with you, this role may be a strong fit.
About the Role
As an in-home onboarding specialist, you will help create the first detailed record of a new member’s home. Your work will influence the homeowner’s initial experience and set the stage for Casa’s ongoing service.
You will work alongside a teammate to visit residential properties and document important details such as appliances, lighting, safety systems, paint, and other household features. Using Casa’s app and equipment, you will build an accurate digital profile of each home.
This position combines customer-facing service, coordination, and light field work. It requires comfort with entering private residences, working discreetly with upscale clients, and handling visits in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete thorough, room-by-room home inventories in residential properties
- Capture photos of appliances, electronics, lighting fixtures, and other household items
- Use scanning equipment to generate 3D scans and floor plans, with training provided
- Record wall colors and finishes with a paint-scanning tool
- Document utility placements, fire safety equipment, and other essential home systems
- Converse with homeowners to collect background information, vendor details, and preferences
- Present Casa in a polished, courteous, and discreet way at every visit
- Care for equipment responsibly and enter all information accurately in the app
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate should bring at least 2 years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as home services, concierge work, logistics, facilities, premium customer service, or similar fields.
Strong communication and people skills are essential, along with a careful, organized approach and the ability to work through structured procedures.
You should be comfortable performing hands-on work in private homes with professionalism and discretion.
The role also requires the ability to lift and transport equipment, move around multi-level homes, and complete practical field tasks.
A dependable personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance are required.
You should be comfortable using digital tools such as apps, iPads, smartphone cameras, and Bluetooth-connected devices.
A clear background check is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in property management, real estate, home inventory, in-home services, or inspection and insurance-related assessments is preferred.
A background in hospitality or white-glove service is also an advantage.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay rate of $25 per hour
- Flexible scheduling on weekdays and weekends, with roughly 10 to 30 hours per week based on availability
- Company-provided equipment, training, and app access
- Chance to grow within a fast-moving startup

This is a mobile, field-based position. Candidates must be comfortable entering private spaces and interacting with high-end clients in a responsible, discreet way.
Training is included for the 3D scanning portion of the work, and professional equipment will be provided.
