Backed by top-tier investors, Qventus offers opportunities to work with a dedicated, mission-focused global team to impact patient lives directly.

Role Overview

As an Implementation Success Partner, you will undertake a hybrid role combining engagement management, project leadership, analytics, and technical oversight. You will build strong partnerships with hospital and surgical clinic stakeholders, including senior operating room leadership, surgeons, schedulers, and IT teams, serving as a critical link between clients and internal departments. Your duties will include managing the full deployment process of technical features and functionalities from client onboarding through to go-live, ensuring timely and efficient delivery through close coordination with a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee enterprise-wide, multi-module deployments emphasizing the Qventus Periop solution.
  • Collaborate with Data Integration Specialists, Clinical Operation Consultants, and Product Specialists to deliver client-valued solutions throughout deployments.
  • Engage with client teams to understand their changing needs and communicate viable solutions effectively.
  • Utilize in-depth Periop domain knowledge to secure and maintain user and executive buy-in for workflows and tool adoption.
  • Provide technical project management from initial internal kickoff to go-live by prioritizing activities, managing dependencies, and ensuring deliverables completion.
  • Build and sustain impactful relationships across client organizations, ranging from front-line staff to executives.
  • Identify risks proactively and advise leadership on opportunities and challenges, driving resolution effectively.
  • Recognize process improvement areas, developing structured strategies to close gaps.
  • Take full ownership of assigned accounts/customers with minimal supervision.
  • Lead complex projects involving matrixed technical and operational teams.
  • Communicate Qventus’ value clearly and define measurable business outcomes to create client value.
  • Champion customer enthusiasm for Qventus products, turning clients into references for future prospects.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the healthcare system.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years in project or program management, with thorough knowledge of business and technical aspects relevant to enterprise SaaS implementations.
  • At least 5 years experience in a leading healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or healthcare system.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams internally and externally to deliver complex projects to completion.
  • Solid understanding of inpatient and perioperative operational metrics, challenges, and solutions, capable of engaging strategically with hospital leadership and surgeons.
  • Experience managing complex implementations in healthcare provider environments.
  • Demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Prior involvement in managing hospital system projects such as EHR implementations.
  • Proficient in data analysis and validation using dashboards, basic coding (e.g., JAVA/SQL), and advanced Excel functions.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%, with potential up to 50% travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in writing SQL queries are highly desirable.
  • PMP certification is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with Epic and Cerner Electronic Health Records systems.
  • Previous collaboration experience with clinical or process consultants.
