Role Overview
This position offers the chance to be a core member of Rippling's Global Employer of Record (EOR) Implementation team. As an Implementation Manager, you will oversee the customer journey from project initiation to go-live, ensuring a smooth onboarding and setup experience. In addition to managing implementations, you will have opportunities to lead standalone projects and enhance both product and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for clients during their EOR implementations, including understanding country-specific regulations and EOR hiring procedures.
- Manage and ensure the timely launch of clients' Global EOR solutions, from hiring their initial EOR employee to processing their first payroll.
- Deliver value by comprehending client use cases and aligning them with Rippling’s best practices.
- Collaborate across teams such as Customer Experience, Research & Development, Compliance, and Sales to refine processes and introduce new features.
- Develop and document implementation workflows and best practices.
- Maintain proactive follow-up to resolve issues thoroughly.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success within a high-velocity SaaS environment.
- Strong investigative skills to analyze client inquiries, product challenges, and global benefit nuances.
- Passion for customer interactions with a focus on delivering excellent experiences.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities, including researching documentation and understanding the rationale behind requests.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines without oversight lapses.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders ranging from executive leaders to operational staff across IT, Operations, HR, and Finance.
- Highly autonomous with excellent prioritization skills, adept at identifying and mitigating blockers both internally and externally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years in customer-facing roles within Human Capital Management (HCM) fields such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, or Professional Employer Organizations (PEO).
- Familiarity with JIRA, Salesforce (SFDC), Google Workspace, Outreach, and Mac operating systems.
