Overview

The Implementation Analyst will engage in a range of diverse and stimulating projects, collaborating closely with clients and various internal departments such as Project Management, Development, QA, Sales, and Executive Leadership within a fast-moving environment. This role demands attention to detail, adaptability to change, capacity to juggle multiple projects, strong relationship-building skills, and a comprehensive grasp of the software development lifecycle. The position carries significant influence over business process optimization and overall company success and involves a technical focus with responsibility for product quality, as well as the ability to inspire and coach team members.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage client communications and expectations effectively.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to gather thorough and precise business requirements from clients.
  • Collaborate and lead across multifunctional teams to ensure coordinated efforts.
  • Partner with Product Management to balance product vision and customer feedback to recommend and deliver superior solutions.
  • Produce detailed documentation reflecting client needs accurately for Development and QA teams, including business requirements, user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, and test plans.
  • Develop clear, user-friendly guides for clients and end-users.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training within the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 7 to 10 years’ experience in software development projects, including direct client interaction.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Industry experience in specialty pharmacy is advantageous.
  • Strong writing, verbal, and organizational skills.
  • Capability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Effective time management and continuous process improvement skills.
  • Collaborative and problem-solving approach in partnerships.
