Role overview
In this position, you will support clients with immigration and work-pass matters in Singapore, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and advisory work. You will also handle related documentation, appeals, and coordination throughout the processing cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Stay current with changes to MOM regulations and related requirements.
- Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations for various passes, including Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, S-Pass, EntrePass, Work Holiday Pass, Letter of Consent, and other work-related passes.
- Understand MOM licensing requirements based on a company’s business activities and scope of work.
- Prepare appeal submissions for applications that are not approved.
- Advise clients on visa and work-pass queries.
- Gather the supporting documents needed for submission and approval.
- Coordinate with clients and track the progress of applications through to completion.
- Take on other corporate and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- A diploma, advanced diploma, or degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Business Management, or Law.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Initiative to learn quickly and help improve or set up processes.
