iiko System Administrator

About the Role

Prepa LLC is seeking a meticulous and proactive iiko System Administrator to join our team in Yerevan, Armenia. This position involves maintaining the smooth operation of the iiko platform, managing detailed product and catalog data, and overseeing the customer loyalty program to ensure quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous and reliable functioning of the iiko system.
• Administer the product hierarchy including categories, pricing, and catalog data management.
• Maintain accurate product information including images, descriptions, and ingredient details.
• Facilitate the rollout of new products and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the customer database alongside the loyalty card program.
• Monitor data integrity and promptly detect inconsistencies.
• Collaborate effectively with IT, Marketing, and Production departments.
• Verify pricing, promotions, and discounts system-wide.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational challenges related to the system.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience with iiko platform is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS, CRM, or comparable systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational aptitude.
• Ability to problem-solve independently and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Armenian is mandatory; knowledge of Russian and English is advantageous.
