Key Responsibilities

• Drive and operate the Frosty Bro ice cream van at assigned locations and neighborhoods.
• Prepare and serve premium real fruit ice cream, smoothies, and milkshakes in line with company quality standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging service to customers.
• Accurately handle payments via cash and card.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle, equipment, and workspaces.
• Replenish stock, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages as needed.
• Execute daily opening and closing routines.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are rigorously followed.
• Carry out basic vehicle inspections daily and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Consistently represent the Frosty Bro brand with professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid UAE Manual Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Prior experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Personable, energetic, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions comfortably.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting stock as necessary.
