RAO – IB & IGCSE Wing invites qualified and experienced educators to join as part-time or freelance subject experts for personalised one-to-one home tuition and online coaching assignments across Mumbai. The role involves delivering tutoring aligned with the IB curriculum, tailored to individual student needs, with a focus on academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalised one-on-one coaching sessions at student homes or through online platforms.
• Design and deliver lessons adhering to the latest IB curriculum and assessment standards.
• Enhance conceptual understanding, practical application, and exam techniques for students.
• Prepare customised learning materials including worksheets, assignments, revision plans, and evaluations.
• Assist students with Internal Assessments, Extended Essays, and subject-related projects.
• Diagnose academic gaps and formulate structured improvement strategies.
• Provide consistent progress and attendance updates to parents and the academic coordination team.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a disciplined learning environment.
• Prepare students for school tests, mock exams, and final IB examinations.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Possess a Master’s degree or above in the relevant subject area.
• Hold 3 to 5 years of experience teaching within the IB curriculum, preferably with direct IBDP or MYP teaching exposure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IB command terms, assessment criteria, marking schemes, and exam procedures.
• Experience teaching Higher Level subjects is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and student management capabilities.
• Aptitude for explaining complex topics using structured, student-friendly approaches.
• Willingness to travel to different locations across Mumbai for home tuition.
• Part-time applicants from reputable IB schools are welcome, subject to institutional policies.
