Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a specialized IAM Developer with strong expertise in technical support, infrastructure upkeep, system upgrades, troubleshooting, and IT operations focused on user account access management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology is essential.
- Minimum of five years' direct experience in security administration, identity governance, and user account access management is required.
- Proven background in security administration implementing Privileged Identity Management or IAM solutions such as CyberArk and RACF.
- Experience in conducting user account ID reviews on Windows and/or Unix operating systems, Active Directory, and databases such as Oracle and SQL, across cloud and web platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Understanding of encryption and authentication methods including digital certificates, SSL, SAML, ADFS, and LDAP.
- Skills in process optimization, automation, and knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Windows scripting, PowerShell, and Python.
- Hands-on experience in IAM solution development, workflow customization, API integrations, and automation via scripting.
- Ability to operate efficiently in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ, SailPoint IDN, and Azure DevOps tools.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, or CISM are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Business-As-Usual support for user account and resource provisioning across multiple platforms including Active Directory, Windows, Unix, Oracle, Azure AD, HashiCorp Boundary, and MSSQL.
- Conduct reviews and enhancement of user accounts, accesses, and security configurations to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Develop, tailor, and support IAM systems with enhancements in workflows, integrations, and automation to streamline identity lifecycle management.
- Address and resolve issues related to the access matrix operations promptly via incident ticket handling.
- Advise on user account management and access controls maintaining segregation of duties.
- Create and uphold security standards and guidelines concerning naming conventions and privileged ID management for various platforms.
- Perform periodic compliance audits validating privileged user access against Baseline Security Standards.
