HVAC Technician

Overview

We seek a technically proficient and committed Service Engineer to join our team based in Delhi to oversee the management of Data Center chillers. The role requires hands-on involvement in installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and servicing of equipment, while prioritizing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair company equipment at client locations.
• Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently within set deadlines.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maintain optimal functioning of equipment.
• Deliver both on-site and remote technical assistance to customers.
• Keep detailed service records and documentation of all tasks performed.
• Collaborate with internal teams for obtaining spare parts and technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Foster and sustain strong client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in servicing or maintenance roles.
• Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication skills and good customer engagement.
• Willing to travel within designated regions.
• Basic familiarity with MS Office applications for reporting duties.

Preferred Experience

• More than 5 years experience with Data Center operations, hospitals, facility management, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
