Role summary
This is a remote contract opportunity for an HR professional to support the development and evaluation of AI training data for a client in the AI sector. The work is part-time and is intended for someone who can bring practical HR knowledge to help improve how future AI systems understand and handle HR-related tasks.
Location is remote, with work available from anywhere. The payout is $10 to $36 per hour.
Key responsibilities
You will help shape HR-related content, workflows, and reference materials used to train AI systems.
- Review, refine, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard document templates in line with current best practices and legal requirements.
- Map, improve, and streamline onboarding and broader employee lifecycle processes to support efficiency.
- Provide guidance on HR compliance and employee relations situations, and create supporting materials for training and reference.
- Draft and assess employee-facing communications and change-management messaging for clarity and effectiveness.
- Use your hands-on HR experience to evaluate and improve AI-powered HR tools and resources.
Required experience and skills
The client is looking for someone with practical HR expertise, especially in policy creation, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability are important, as is the capacity to work both independently and with a remote team. Familiarity with AI applications in HR is helpful, along with a willingness to learn and contribute to AI-related work.
