Role Overview
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will support core HR operations across employee relations, policy guidance, compliance, training, mobility-related matters, and internal communication. The position also involves helping with succession planning, career development, and workforce initiatives tied to nationalization requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR matters related to employment law, employee relations, benefits, global mobility, compliance, and training.
- Work with programs associated with HADF, including Tamheer.
- Offer guidance on hiring policies and procedures.
- Handle or route HR queries, including those connected to immigration processes.
- Manage communication between HR and employees.
- Contribute to the creation of succession planning and career development policies and procedures.
- Assist in building, planning, and rolling out career management programs that align with succession planning goals.
- Support the design of training curricula with relevant authorities such as universities, specialized colleges, and institutes so the content matches sector needs and emerging trends.
- Coordinate with project teams on Saudization requirements and help ensure contractual and national obligations are met.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, labor relations, or recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related administrative discipline.
- A fast learner who is adaptable, attentive, and able to stay focused.
