Job description
Role Overview
This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and focuses on supporting the technology side of human resources operations. The role calls for a professional who can manage HR systems, improve related processes, and help ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and business users.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide day-to-day support for HR technology platforms and systems.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR-related technical workflows and processes.
- Work closely with technical teams and end users to resolve issues tied to HR systems.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce-related data.
- Help maintain system integration, data accuracy, and information security.
- Take part in implementing, upgrading, and maintaining HR applications and digital tools.
Required Background
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of practical experience in Human Resources Information Technology or closely related systems. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a similar field is required.
Technical Expectations
- Working knowledge of HRMS and ERP platforms, along with electronic HR systems.
- Ability to analyze data and produce clear reports.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Comfort using relevant technology applications and system tools.
