Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job advertising, candidate evaluation, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures.
  • Draft employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain precise employee records and regularly update HR databases.
  • Coordinate payroll processes monthly by validating attendance, leave, overtime, and related information.
  • Administer employee leave, attendance tracking, and benefits management.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations where necessary.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and local legal employment requirements.
  • Organize employee orientation, training sessions, and engagement initiatives.
  • Respond to employee inquiries concerning HR policies, payroll, leave entitlements, and benefits.
  • Assist in performance evaluation and staff development activities.
  • Compile HR reports and safeguard confidential personnel information.
  • Support disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and exit interview processes.
  • Conduct other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
  • Monitor HR operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Analyze costs related to recruitment, training, and overall HR expenditures.
  • Produce cost reports and management summaries to facilitate decision-making.
  • Keep accurate records for budgeting, forecasting, and financial documentation.
  • Ensure all HR and payroll documents are well-organized, precise, and ready for audits.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of practical experience in human resources management.
  • Familiarity with employment law and recognized HR practices.
  • Experience in payroll administration and HR information systems is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and confidentially.
