As a Human Resources Coordinator, you play a pivotal role by offering essential administrative and operational support within the Human Resources department. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding front office assistance by welcoming and aiding guests, applicants, and staff with polite and timely service
- Support the HR department's daily activities through tasks such as word processing, data input, filing, and document copying
- Manage communications including handling phone calls, emails, mail processing, and scheduling meetings
- Arrange and oversee travel bookings for HR department managers
- Contribute to special projects and assist with various departmental initiatives and ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications and Values
